Located in the heart of the south downs, close to Goodwood . This project involved a careful refurbishment of the grade 2 listed pub and a planning application to convert the barn into letting rooms and a rear store room into a private dining room.
We provided the planning and listed building consent, design and management services and FF&E purchasing.
