UK domestic shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over £1000 to addresses in Surrey and surrounding areas.

For anywhere else, please contact us for a quotation as it depends on the items and quantities. We have a dedicated team of installers and also some very good courier options that might be more cost effective. Alternatively, items can be collected from our warehouse.

International shipping

Quotation only, please provide destination address for a quotation and we can invoice you for this separately.

Returns

30 Days to Return

We want you to feel confident when you purchase from us. That is why we offer a 30 day return period on all stock items. Goods have to be in the same condition as how they arrived with you. All items are photographed before they leave the warehouse and also when they are accepted into your home. Anything custom or made to order, we cannot accept cancellations or returns. We will always provide technical drawings and samples of finishes for sign off prior to manufacturing.
